The prescence of latino, queer and black kids playing metal and punk represents a generational shift in the ever growing diversity and inclusivity within the music scenes. By engaging with metal and punk, these young individuals are breaking down barriers, reclaiming their narratives, and adding their unique voices to the conversation.This work serves as a visual representation of this cultural change, challenging stereotypes and inspiring others to explore self and musical expression diversity.
